Bethub Support Centre
Support is where an account problem is either resolved in one exchange or turned into a week of correspondence, and which of those happens depends more on how the first message is written than on the desk that receives it. This page explains how to choose a channel, what to put in the opening message, and what happens when the answer is unsatisfactory. Note that we are a review site: the support desk described here is the operator's, and we have no access to it or to your account.
How to Reach Us
Common Questions
How do deposits work?
Open the cashier, choose a method, enter an amount, and read the confirmation screen before approving it — that screen carries the minimum, the fee and the net figure for your method and currency.
Withdrawal timeline?
Two stages, not one: the operator approves and releases the request, then the payment network moves it. Wallets and crypto finish quickly once released; card refunds and bank transfers add their own clearing time. Verifying the account in advance removes the longest delay there is.
Is my information protected?
Transport encryption is universal and therefore not a differentiator. The parts that genuinely protect an account are a password used nowhere else and two-factor authentication — both free, neither switched on by default.
Before You Contact Support
Have your account ID and any relevant transaction references ready. For technical problems, note down error messages or take a screenshot. This saves time for both sides. Live chat is the fastest channel — most issues close in a single conversation. For document-heavy cases like KYC disputes or payment investigations, email lets you attach files and receive a detailed written trail.
Solving the Usual Issues
Deposit not showing? Confirm the transaction completed in your banking app, then wait a few minutes for processing. Bonus query? Read the terms on the promotions page first — wagering requirements and eligible games are listed there. Locked out? The password reset link on the login page works instantly. ID verification stalling? Make sure documents are clear photos with all corners visible.
Support Standards
A useful way to judge a support desk has nothing to do with how quickly it answers. Ask it, in writing, which alternative dispute resolution body handles complaints about your account, and whether it will confirm the licence number and regulator. A desk that answers both plainly is one that expects to be held to those answers. A desk that deflects has told you something more useful than any response-time statistic could.
Complaint Escalation Process
If ordinary support settles nothing, ask in writing for the case to go to a supervisor or the complaints department, and keep that request in the same thread so the history travels with it. Most operators have a formal internal stage that is rarely used simply because nobody asks for it. Beyond that sits the alternative dispute resolution scheme named in the operator's terms, and above that the regulator identified by the licence number in the footer. Each tier expects the previous one to have been tried, so the order matters. Our complaints guide sets out what to assemble before submitting a case.
Customer support: which channel to choose
Most operators run three channels: live chat, email or a ticket system, and a self-service help centre. They are not interchangeable. Chat is quick and leaves you nothing to forward afterwards unless you request a transcript. Email is slower and produces the written record that an escalation or an arbitration case is built from. The help centre answers the question before it becomes a ticket, which is the cheapest outcome for everyone.
Whichever you choose, the first message should contain the registered email address, the date and time with your time zone, the amount and currency, the transaction reference, and one sentence naming the outcome you want. That set is what an agent needs in order to look anything up, and supplying it unprompted is the difference between one exchange and four. For anything involving money that has not arrived, use the written channel even if chat is quicker to open.
